“Yes it is expensive but totally worth it if you as me are a total nerd in swimming technique. My data has improved extensively since I bought it last year end. It´s not changing over night but practicing one thing at a time has given results that is clear in…”

I just love these
“As a sprinter, I think it showed me exactly what I needed and the snorkel recommendation on a prior session was spot on. Got my propulsion closer to 55% and eliminated some crossover, etc...
Cool!
I love technology......
Next step for me is video. I'm very visual. If I see…”

Amazing innovation
“I cannot believe how good these things are. I am the classic strong biker, decent runner, poor swimmer triathlete profile. After one swim I can see exactly what is happening, and now I can relate it directly to stroke mechanics. A must have for any serious triathlete.”

Initial Thoughts
“I've only used the EO on 3 separate occasions in a swimspa, but I can say that I'm extremely impressed so far. I'm a long-distance triathlete, and never grew up as a competitive swimmer. My CSS is about 1:45, and I thought I'd use the EO to analyze my stroke,…”

Helping Professional & Age Group Triathletes Improve Faster
“The swim in triathlon is typically the limiter for most athletes coming into the sport. Of the three disciplines, it's the most technically demanding and skill based while being the shortest in time and distance. Sometimes not the shortest in time, depending on the athlete.

Yes it is expensive but totally worth it if you as me are a total nerd in swimming technique. My data has improved extensively since I bought it last year end. It´s not changing over night but practicing one thing at a time has given results that is clear in the data. The support from the team is also a 5 star rating. At first is was great and now even better with eoi analyze report.

Over the past two years, we have integrated eo SwimBETTER into training and monitoring with a range of athletes and found they provide access to a previously unquantifiable layer of performance data. They have opened up new learning opportunities not only for the swimmers themselves but also for coaching staff and biomechanists, facilitating evidence-based discussions around stroke mechanics and performance interventions.
A notable application was in the rehabilitation of an elite athlete following major surgery. eo SwimBETTER enabled longitudinal tracking of stroke parameters throughout the recovery phase, allowing us to identify, monitor, and adjust for subtle technical changes as the athlete rebuilt training load and intensity. This objective feedback played a significant role in optimising his return-to-performance trajectory, culminating in a 48.1-second swim over 100m freestyle — a 0.8-second personal best.

I've only used the EO on 3 separate occasions in a swimspa, but I can say that I'm extremely impressed so far. I'm a long-distance triathlete, and never grew up as a competitive swimmer. My CSS is about 1:45, and I thought I'd use the EO to analyze my stroke, and hopefully gain insight as to potential improvements. The data analysis is fantastic, showing me how and where my force production occurs, and figuring out how it needs to improve. I also had a Zoom session with the CEO, Jaimie Fuller, and he showed me all the potential of the devices and data analysis. I am extremely enthusiastic about this product, and the potential it has to improve my mechanics, overall technique, and ultimately Ironman distance swim times.
Helping Professional & Age Group Triathletes Improve Faster
The swim in triathlon is typically the limiter for most athletes coming into the sport. Of the three disciplines, it's the most technically demanding and skill based while being the shortest in time and distance. Sometimes not the shortest in time, depending on the athlete.
Triathletes need efficiency in their time devoted to the swim. They can't stumble around hoping this drill or that drill will fix their stroke. The eo SwimBetter sensors can quickly pin point what to work on in the stroke to get the biggest bang for the buck and give the athletes who are unfamiliar with swimming a better understanding of why they need to make a specific change. I have used them successfully to help improve the technique and understanding of professional and age group triathletes of their stroke.
